The Viltoria Author Protection Promise

Five written rules that are part of every agreement we make with you.

1. One written quote. Before any work starts, you receive a written quote that lists every item, its price, and what is and isn’t included.
2. No hidden charges. You will never be charged for anything that is not in a quote you approved.
3. Nothing without your approval. We do not start any new paid work, or change the price, without your written approval.
4. Honest advice. We tell you what your book needs and what it doesn’t, even if that means you buy less from us. You are always free to use another provider.
5. Your book stays yours. Your copyright, files and publishing accounts stay in your name (see section 7).
