Frequently asked questions
What do I get for $50?
100 days of Author Support: answers to your publishing questions, reviews of any quotes or contracts you have received, and a written Book Needs Report that lists what your book needs and what it does not.
Can I really get my $50 back?
Yes. Use the $50 as credit on any Viltoria package, or email us within 100 days for a full refund if it has not been used as credit. You cannot do both. There is no auto-renewal.
Do I have to buy a package afterwards?
No. Many authors take our advice and publish elsewhere or do some steps themselves. There is no pressure.
Will you promise me sales or a bestseller?
No. Nobody can honestly promise that. We promise clear prices, honest advice and work delivered as written in your quote.
Who owns my book, files and accounts?
You do. Your copyright, files and publishing accounts, such as Amazon KDP and IngramSpark, stay in your name.
Can you check a quote I got from another company?
Yes. That is one of the main reasons to join. Send it to us and we explain every line in plain words.
Who is behind Viltoria Publishers?
Viltoria Publishers is an author services brand of MUFAH LLC, a US-registered company at 2627 Bartleson Dr, Kennesaw, GA 30152, United States.
How does paying in milestones work?
Packages are paid in stages tied to finished work, not all upfront. The number of stages is shown on each package page and written in your quote.
Is ghostwriting a fixed price?
Ghostwriting is quoted individually in writing, because every book is different. Once you approve the quote, the price is fixed.
Do you use AI for covers or illustrations?
Not unless you choose it.
Which countries do you work with?
We work with authors in the USA and the UK.
How do refunds work?
Email us at the address on our contact page. We reply within 2 business days and send approved refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days. See our refund and cancellation page for details.
