How it works

How Viltoria works, step by step

Advice comes first. You only pay for production when you know exactly what you are buying.

1. Join Author Support ($50)

Fill in a short form and pay $50. It takes about five minutes. You get 100 days of support.

2. Ask questions and send your quotes

Send any quote, contract or question. We explain each line in plain words and tell you what to ask the other company.

3. Get your Book Needs Report

A written report that lists what your book needs, what it does not, and in what order.

4. Decide

Do it yourself, use another company, or choose a Viltoria package. Your $50 becomes credit on any package, or you can ask for a refund within 100 days.

5. If you choose a package

• You receive one written quote with every item and price.
• Nothing starts until you approve it in writing.
• You pay in milestones (2 to 4 stages, depending on the package) tied to finished work.
• New paid work needs your written approval.
• Your files, accounts and copyright stay in your name.
